About the Design:
The watercolor portrait on this card is of St. John Vianney, eyes raised to heaven, hands folded in prayer, surrounded by design elements of a parish church. The inside artwork of a purple stole is a reminder of the sacrament of Reconciliation and the role of confessor – one of the many roles our parish priests live out in their vocation. St. John Vianney was known to spend up to 16 hours a day hearing confessions from the tens of thousands of pilgrims who visited him in Ars, France.
